All payments are processed via PayPal in USD.
I reserve the right to decline commissions if I feel unable to fulfill the request.
Additional charges may apply based on design complexity (e.g. detailed armor, weapons, animals).
Please discuss any deadlines with me in advance. Availability may affect acceptance.
Prices listed on this website are for personal use only. For commercial use or project inquiries, please contact me via email.
I may showcase completed non-commercial artwork unless otherwise requested.

^{• You may cancel anytime before I begin or send WIP images.
• No refunds once the sketch has been delivered.
• In case of emergencies or unforeseen issues on my end, I will issue a full refund after notifying you.}^{Additional Notes:}

• Completion takes around 2–8 weeks, depending on the commission type and my schedule. I’ll notify you if delays occur.

The Process

^{1. Invoice & Slot Reservation
• After your request is accepted, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email.
• Payment is due within 7 days. If payment isn’t received by the deadline, your slot will be given to the next person in line.
• Commissions are queued in the order of payment—earlier payment will be prioritized first.}^{2. Sketch Phase & Revisions
• Work begins once payment is confirmed.
• You'll receive the initial sketch for approval. Please give feedback at this stage—major revisions (composition, pose, layout) can only be requested during this phase.
• Major changes after the sketch phase will incur an additional charge.}^{3. Final Delivery
• You'll receive a high-res PNG (300dpi).
• You may request up to 3 minor adjustments (such as small detail tweaks or color corrections) after delivery.}
