TERMS OF SERVICE

  • All payments will be processed through PayPal in USD.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel unable to fulfill the request.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design (e.g., detailed armor, weapons, animals/pets).

  • Please discuss any deadlines with me in advance. I may or may not accept depending on my current availability.

  • Will do: Light gore, fan art, animals/creatures.

  • Will NOT do: Gore, Furry (kemonomimi is acceptable), Mecha, NSFW.

  • Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you are interested in a commercial illustration or any commercial projects, please contact me via email.

  • I reserve the right to showcase and post any completed non-commercial artwork.

  • You may cancel your order at any time before I start on your request or send you any work-in-progress images. No refunds will be available once the sketch has been delivered.

  • However, despite the previous point, if I am unable to complete your request due to emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances, I will contact you. In such cases, a full refund will be provided upon your confirmation and approval.

  • I will strive to keep you updated throughout the process. Your patience is appreciated as I work on your piece to the best of my ability.

  • A Trello link will be sent to you to help monitor progress and queues. But feel free to contact me with any inquiries regarding the status of your commission.

The Process

  1. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your provided email once I've accepted and calculated your request.

  2. You will be notified once the payment has been received, and I will begin on the initial sketch which will be sent for your approval once completed. Please feel free to notify me of any changes you'd like to make during this step as major revisions are only available during this stage (major adjustments requested after the final piece has been delivered will incur an additional charge. Therefore, it's important to ensure you are satisfied with the overall composition, pose, etc., during the sketch phase).

  3. Generally, one request will take about 2-8 weeks to complete, depending on the commission type and my schedule at the time. I will notify you if I anticipate it will take longer to complete. Please note that I start commissions based on the order of payment.

  4. The final piece will be delivered to you as a PNG file (300dpi). You are welcome to request minor adjustments for small details and color corrections after deliverance of the final piece (up to 3 adjustments).
